You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs. 1000/- by cash only towards Admission Registration Fee which may be submitted at the school office along with the following documents and credentials. After submitting the form, the school will allot a date for the observation of the child and verification of the documents.

Documents to be submitted :

1. Copy of Online/Offline Receipt & Form.
2. Latest Passport size photograph of the candidate- 2 Copies
3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT. (Digital)
4. TC & Report Card of the previous school attended.
5. Copy of Caste Certificate for ST/SC/OBC Candidates
6. A Copy of Aadhar Card/ ADHAAR ENROLLMENT SLIP of the candidate
7. A copy of SAMAGRA ID (SSSM ID. Issued from local Municipal Corporation)
8. A copy of Address Proof (Latest electricity bill/land -line telephone bill/ Voter ID/Adhaar Card etc.)
9. Parents’ (Father and Mother) Educational qualification proof
10. A copy of Bank passbook with IFSC
11. A copy of Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC.
12. A copy of Report Card of Sibling (own brother or sister) who are presently studying in Campion School, Bhouri

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to cancellation of registration.

Kindly remember:

1. The age of the student (K.G.I) should be 4 to 5 years on 1^st April 2025 and the age of student (K.G.II) should be 5 to 6 years on 1^st April 2025.
2. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security of admission.
3. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation and entrance test for KG I,II & Classes I,II and III
4. CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
5. School Management reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the student, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
6. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
7. School Management reserves the right of cessation of the admission at any stage in case of any discrepancy in information and details.
8. Registration forms without proper and complete documents will not be accepted.
9. Admission Fee and School Fee once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled or withdrawn.
10. There will be a provisional revision in the school tuition fee every year to the tune of minimum 10%.

SPECIAL NOTE:-

• Registration forms with improper and incomplete documents will not be accepted. 
• No CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. 
• Once the child is admitted in school, the change in candidate's / Parents' Name and Candidate's Date of Birth, will not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, kindly update the documents as desired before filling the Registration and / or Admission Form.

2. Date of Document submission & Registration (Only during School Hours: 8.00am -12.00noon) - December13, 2024 to December 21, 2024.
3. The list of Eligible Candidates for verification and interaction will be displayed online on January 15, 2025.
4. Verification of document and interaction of the Eligible Candidates: January 24, 2025.
5. The final selected list of candidates will be displayed online on January 31, 2025.
